Rebuild

In addition to our sales of new Mercury Outboard engines, we also provide the sales of limited rebuilt outboards, rebuilt by our very own certified, Mercury technicians.  All rebuild candidates are stripped down and analyzed by our certified technicians to determine if machine shop work is necessary, what parts and components are needed to rebuild engine the right way, and how much time will be needed to put into the project, in order to come to an accurate and fair price of the finished unit.  If machine shop work on the cylinder block is necessary (cylinder boring, cylinder sleeves, etc.), we send our blocks out to trusted machine shops in the area to get the work done the right way, so we can begin our work.  After we remove old and worn parts, clean all necessary points and connections, and replace all necessary parts, we run and test all of our rebuilt engines right here at our site to make sure the engine is ready to be mounted and rigged on your boat.  We ensure our customers that purchase our rebuilt engines that they will be able to run their engine for endless hours just like it's new, with proper break-in procedures.  We would like you to be able to go out and run your newly rebuilt engine with the same confidence that you would run a new Mercury engine on your boat.
